libQGLViewer stands at version 2.6.4, and was last updated in 2018.

IQmol uses libQGLViewer and needs an up-to-date version to build.

Could you please update libQGLViewer in rawhide to the latest stable version 2.9.1 (released in October 2022) ASAP, since IQmol is under threat of removal from Fedora due to the FTBFS?

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.
