Description of problem:
Package deepin-calculator fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f38 deepin-calculator-5.7.20-3.fc38.src.rpm

In gtest 1.13.0, support for C++ standards older than C++14 was dropped. You will have to build deepin-network-utils with C++14 or later in order to use the system copy of gtest.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.
