This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Trying to upgrade from llvm 14 to llvm 15 while lld-test is installed will lead to a installability issue where llvm cannot be updated unless lld-test and lld-test-debuginfo are manually uninstalled. This is caused from lld-test package removal and not being present anymore in llvm 15.

It might be useful to add an "obsoletes" to llvm 15 as described in https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/#renaming-or-replacing-existing-packages
