arpwatch-c99.patch

There's a small C99 compatibility issue in the arpwatch package because it calls a glibc function that hasn't been declared in the installed headers for many, many years.

Filing this here for tracking purposes because upstream, while still active, does not have a public bug tracker.

Thank you for the report. I just passed along the details by email to upstream (CC’ing you). I am not confident I will receive a reply. In any case, I will apply the patch downstream.
