Hi, what is the state of this issue? It was brought up in a discussion on IRC that the Ceph packages are also dependent on this, it would be much appreciated.

Do you need any help with it or are there any other issues?

I really don't want to bring python-nose into epel9, so I've submitted https://github.com/bbangert/routes/pull/107
