Description of problem: Customer is using RHOSP 16.2 with Satellite 6.10 and deployment command doesn't work the way it should on compute nodes (works find on controllers): it fails with the following error on random compute node during every deployment 2023-02-02 05:38:36.498415 | UUID | FATAL | SATELLITE | Check for Satellite 6.10 | HOSTNAME | error={"msg": "The conditional check '_sat6_check_v6 is failed' failed.
