I tested with ocs-operator.v4.13.0-164.stable. The logo is the red Red Hat logo. In ocs-operator csv I found "ownerReferences:  - apiVersion: misf.ibm.com/v1alpha1" but Umanga confirmed that it's not an issue, so closing this bug as verified.
