This CVE claims to only affect "v2.x up to v2.5.0-rc.1".  EPEL 7 is still using caddy v1 and thus is not affected.

Slight correction, the CVE claims that only version 2.4.6 is affected.

> All versions v2.x up to v2.5.0-rc.1 were tested and it was confirmed that only version v2.4.6 is affected by the listed attack vector.

EPEL 7 is using version 1.0.5.
