Description of problem: Openbabel's BABEL_LIBDIR variable has the incorrect path. This variable (defined in /etc/profile.d/openbabel.sh and openbabel.csh) points to a non-existent directory: /usr/lib64/openbabel. The correct path should be /usr/lib64/openbabel3

Additional info:
If you alter the variable or the file to point to the correct path, the program will work correctly. This also impacts the openbabel GUI, which will look strange due to plugins not being loaded.
