wrong values in migration tab

Description of problem:
Overview -> Migrations - The “Bandwidth consumption” Graph display with wrong values, in the attachment it shows 3 "0.0B" even there is migration job finished.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. migrate a vm
2. view Overview -> Migrations tab
3.

Actual results:
The “Bandwidth consumption” Graph display with wrong values.

Expected results:
The value of “Bandwidth consumption” should be correct.

This page has changed in 4.13, so we just need to fix it in 4.12.z
