With this update, upgrades from RHOSP director deployed Red Hat Ceph Storage (RHC) from v5 to v6 are supported. Red Hat recommends upgrading to v6.

Description of problem:

OSP17.1 is going to deploy RHCSv6 as the default ceph version. The 16.2 to 17.1 FFU process will upgrade ceph from RHCSv4 to v5.

We need to allow and support customers who would like to upgrade to RHCSv6 after they upgraded to 17.1 

Customer are free to keep using RHCSv5 but we anticipate the majority of customers will upgrade to v6 at some point because of the new features as well as cost reduction (avoid paying ELS).
