Describe the issue: 

When performing disconnected Satellite Server upgrade Satellite ISO file does not contain media.repo file of Ansible and Red Hat Software Collections repository so it is not needed to configure both the repository for the disconnected Satellite Upgrade.  

Suggestions for improvement: 

Steps 13 and 14 under section 2.1.2. Upgrading a Disconnected Satellite Server not needed and has to be remove from document

Additional information: 

Same  issue can be observed on 6.12 disconnected Satellite upgrade document also and  need to be corrected for 6.12 Disconnected Satellite document also.
