Description of problem:
python3-apptools from epel9 has missing dependencies, causing it to be uninstallable.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
python3-apptools-5.2.0-1.el9


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install python3-apptools


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3.9dist(traitsui) needed by python3-apptools-5.2.0-1.el9.noarch
  - nothing provides python3dist(pyface) needed by python3-apptools-5.2.0-1.el9.noarch


Expected results:
successful installation

Are you still working on resolving this or would it be better to just retire the package from EPEL 9?  It can always be unretired later if all the dependencies are added.
