Update to 9.18.12 (#2170096)

Comment 2 Upstream Release Monitoring 2023-02-15 16:21:50 UTC
the-new-hotness/release-monitoring.org's scratch build of bind-9.18.12-1.fc36.src.rpm for rawhide failed http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=97534005

Comment 3 Petr Menšík 2023-02-21 11:55:08 UTC
Specifying port on various options *-source or *-source-v6 has been deprecated. It will print warning when used now, following releases might remove support for it altogether.

Built in rawhide already, other releases will follow.
