Description of problem: FTBFS procps-ng changed its library, including ABI and filename. former /usr/lib64/libprocps.so chaged to /usr/lib64/libproc2.so New procps-ng-4.0.2 is not in rawhide compose yet. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle. Changing version to 39.
