In pcs-web-ui, the package decode-uri-component is used by a package query-string which is used inside the application itself. However, it consumes only uris that are produced by application itself (i.e. it is not used for any external uris), so the vulnerability is not here. Even so, after investigating the use of this library in the pcs-web-ui, it will be better to eliminate the library in the future.
