Description of problem:

python3-ansible-lint seems to be uninstallable:

# dnf install python3-ansible-lint.noarch
Last metadata expiration check: 0:27:32 ago on Sun 19 Feb 2023 10:08:12 PM CET.
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3.6dist(ansible) needed by python3-ansible-lint-3.5.1-1.el8.noarch
