golang-github-robfig-cron failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f38

Please fix golang-github-robfig-cron at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
golang-github-robfig-cron will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 39,
golang-github-robfig-cron will be retired, if it still fails to build.

golang-github-robfig-cron has been retired as part of Changes/Mass_Retire_Golang_Leaves [1].
golang-github-robfig-cron is a libray only Go package that has no dependents.
