m4 failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f38

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_38_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix m4 at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
m4 will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 39,
m4 will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 1 Frédéric Bérat 2023-02-20 16:20:45 UTC
I missed this one before the freeze.

There is nothing to do, tests were probably failing due to a problem in another package that got fixed in the meantime.

A simple rebuild is enough.
