I already built and submitted 3.7.3 that fixes this issue before this BZ was created: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-a24d5ea49b (I also submitted for all other current versions of Fedora and EPEL). Do I need to do something else?

Nope, from our tooling we use the current stable version to check so it seems we just overlapped a bit. Once those builds are in stable I suppose you can just close this out.
