I gather that most or all of these EPEL CVE’s would be handled if we just updated to 3.6.7 in those branches (from 3.6.4 or 3.6.6). Do you know if patch-release updates are generally compatible in this package?

Answering my own question, it looks like the .so version was bumped at least from 3.6.6 to 3.6.7, so that would be a “no.”
