Description of problem:
I want to make a new package on f36 and f37 that needs requires catch2-devel dependency. Can you provide make it available on f36 and f37, which is not available on f36 and f37 now.

I'm not going to backport the major changes from rawhide to existing releases but I've added a provide of catch2-devel to them so you can have a consistent BuildRequire in packages.

FEDORA-2023-73e8517d93 has been pushed to the Fedora 36 testing repository.
Soon you'll be able to install the update with the following command:
`sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2023-73e8517d93`
