Review/edit the Doc_Text in bug 2151169
We should document that there is a known limitation of mixed clusters with non-scalable nodes:

It's fixed, but we still want to provide the info about it.

Added known issue to both 4.11 and 4.12 release notes. Changes are now live on the customer-facing site.
