Description of problem:
Click the "Cancel" button while creating VM from instanceType, it does not exit the flow but just clear the data on the page, which is not right. Cancel should always mean exit the process of creating the VM.

This fix was added to a PR for another bug: https://github.com/kubevirt-ui/kubevirt-plugin/pull/1165
