Description of problem:
"Add" should be "Add volume" in Bootable volumes page, so it looks align with others:
1. in catalog -> instanceType, it's "Add volume".
2. check other pages, all uses terms like "Create Template", "Create DataSource", "Create disks".

After the discussion with Foday, the decision was to really update the button to "Add volume" (agreed also with Ronen and Yifat).
The design doc was updated accordingly.
