Before this update, a regression in the network configuration for OVS interfaces negatively impacted network performance. With this update, the `os-vif` OVS plugin has been enhanced to improve network performance on the OVS interfaces of non-Windows instances. + IMPORTANT: This update takes effect when the instance interface is recreated. If you change this value for an existing port, you must hard reboot the instance or perform a live migration for the update to take effect.
