Description of problem:
Delete bootable volume crashes the page

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a volume in Bootable volumes page
2. Delete the added volume
3.

Actual results:
The page is crashed

Expected results:
It returns to volume list within previous ns

The bug not happen on a newer version, close it so far.

After test a bit more, the issue still exists
