For kexec on ppc64, several flags such as "-dt-no-old-root", "--reuse-cmdline", etc. are not documented on the kexec man page. 

A patch was sent upstream to document the respective flags for ppc on the kexec man page : https://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/kexec/2023-March/026669.html

I installed the kexec-tools-2.0.26-1.el9 from koji (https://kojihub.stream.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=31643) and can confirm that the man page changes are reflected correctly
