Description of problem:

I cannot upgrade packages due to

Running transaction check
Transaction check succeeded.
Running transaction test
The downloaded packages were saved in cache until the next successful transaction.
You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'.
Error: Transaction test error:
  file /usr/lib/node_modules from install of nodejs-1:18.14.2-5.fc37.x86_64 conflicts with file from package nodejs-bash-language-server-4.6.1-2.fc37.noarch

This was fixed in Fedora 38+, but wasn't backported to Fedora 37. Reassigning to nodejs-bash-language-server.
