Going to Settings > Region and Language and changing language to Portuguese (Brazil) and formats to Brazil it says it will be applied after logout and one button to logout appears. Is possible to click in the logout button, but the counter to automatically logout don't start and after that fedora go to a black page and freeze. When restarted, the language didn't change.

I tried the same steps, but everything worked OK on my system.
