Tracking BZ for the release of STF 1.5.1

Testing of 1.5.1 on OCP4.12 is done.
We have done tests of STF 1.5.1 against OSP13,OSP16.2 and OSP17.1
No issue were noticed in STF 1.5.1
Few issues were found on the OSP side and BZs were filed.
I am closing this BZ as Verified.
