Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OpenShift Virtualization 4.12.1 on OpenShift 4.12.5 

How reproducible: no idea, just tried a single cluster


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OpenShift Virtualization
2. Create a hyperconvered intance


Actual results: Text "Virtualization" missing in overview page


Expected results: Text "Virtualization" shown in overview page

The issue does not happen in 4.13.0, set it to 4.12.2
