Description of problem:
The icon theme does not show up on the LibreOffice Options Menu.

However, it can be rectified by changing the location of the installed files, or adding a symlink. Currently, on Fedora 37 x86_64, LibreOffice looks for icon theme zip files at 
/usr/lib64/libreoffice/share/config/. This can be verified by running rpm -ql libreoffice-core | grep colibre

The package installs icon theme zip files at /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/config/.

To rectify it for x86_64 systems, just adding a symlink to the right location solves the problem.
