The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

However, the severity of this issue does not warrant an immediate update to an EUS stream. This is planned to be shipped via a future rebase.

Latest nodejs version in the 8.6 EUS is nodejs-16.20.3, so closing as delivered.
The latest errata for nodejs:16 for rhel 8.6 is RHSA-2023:5803 (https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2023:5803).
