Description of problem:
In RHDS Console under the Database tab in global password policies, when in the "Syntax Checking" tab is "Enable Password Syntax Checking" checked, contents of this tab are duplicated two times under the "Temporary Password Rules".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open RHDS Console, Select Database tab.
2. Click on Global Policy in the menu on the left.
3. Click on Syntax Checking tab.
4. Check "Enable Password Syntax Checking"
5. Click on Temporary Password Rules tab.

Actual results:
Contents of Syntax Checking tab is duplicated two times in Temporary Password Rules tab.

Expected results:
Temporary Password Rules tab is without the Syntax Checking settings.

Already noticed this and fixed it.  It will be in the next release
