If I understand this CVE correctly, Go 1.19.6 includes the fix for it. Announced in February[1], Fedora 37 includes Go 1.19.6. I looked at the root.log for yggdrasil-0.3.1-2[2], and it appears to have been compiled using Go 1.19.6. I think we are safe from possibly being affected by this vulnerability.
