Description of problem:
No "Pending Changes" when changes are made to VM created from instanceType, which is not consistent when do changes to the VM created from template.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a VM from instanceType
2. make some changes when the VM is running
3.

Actual results:
No "Pending Changes" shows

Expected results:
"Pending Changes" shows when there is a change
