cannot remove description from volume

Description of problem:
Cannot remove description from a bootable volume in Bootable volumes list

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.13

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Virtualization > Bootable volumes
2. Add some volume if there is no any
3. Add some description to the volume (Edit action in kebab menu), save it
4. Try to remove the description from the volume (Edit action again)

Actual results:
After deletion of the description text in the Edit modal and saving the changes,
nothing happens with the volume, the description remains the same as before.

Expected results:
Description removed from the volume.

Additional info:
Checked that the problem is not with updating the list or the volume itself,
nor with displaying the data incorrectly in the list. The problem is with
submitting the incorrect data, when saving changes in the modal.
You can check the volume's yaml that the description annotation remains unchanged,
when reproducing the problem.
Also note that when changing description to some other text, it works as expected,
the description is updated correctly.
