Hi Sufiyan,

This is a clone of the BugZilla that was raised for RHOSP 16.2 (Bug #2138381), so there's no new details to share. This BugZilla needs to exist separately from the RHOSP 16.2 BugZilla, in order to target 16.1.

The nova feature required to support this usecase were developed in osp 17 and backported to 16.2
We do not support removing feature flags on 16.1 and it is nolonger open for RFE backports.

this bz was created as a clone of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2138381 which is a bugfix for 16.2 
related to the feature that is not present in 16.1

as such we are closing this as wont fix as the feature is not supported in 16.1 (or present in the code base) and therefore
there is no bug to fix.

To use the ability to remove CPU feature flags you must upgrade to a supprote release with the bug fix such as osp 16.2.5
when it is released later this month.
