In Fedora CoreOS, we'd like to ship the udev rules and the `google_nvme_id` script from this package, but not the other things (nor pull in the current dependencies). Is it possible to split out just those bits into a -udev subpackage? This is similar to what WALinuxAgent does:

@jlebon @dustymabe I gave this a quick test and it looks like it splits out the udev rules without the extra requirements:
