I want to change the License in the community-mysql so it's aligned with the new SPDX syntax and I didn't find the "GPLv2 with Universal FOSS Exception, Version 1.0" license in the allowed fedora license list. The exception is written here: https://oss.oracle.com/licenses/universal-foss-exception/ Could you please review and add it there, so we can switch to SPDX friendly License?
Please submit an issue at https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data (see: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/legal/license-review-process/)
