Actual results: There are numbers shows in the chart, but no graph counts. Expected results: It shows the graph counts since there are data available. Additional info:
It might be the backend issue since there isn't changes on the page.
This bug is happening only for namespaces that just recently created VMs, no sure how much but a few hours. Since we want to present a trend and we can't get a trend for rather new VMs we want to fix the message to fit better in that case, it was discussed and agreed with @rsdeor
