Describe the issue: 

OpenShift Virtualization 4.10 doesn't allow changing the "file system overhead". The steps mentioned in the doc will get automatically reconciled by hco. 

Suggestions for improvement: 

Remove the "file system overhead" from the 4.10 doc.
