python-sphinxcontrib-openapi 0.7 uses python-m2r, which upstream has archived. Since 0.8, python-sphinxcontrib-openapi uses python-sphinx-mdinclude instead.

I believe this upgrade will depend on packaging the deepmerge module: https://pypi.org/project/deepmerge
