Description of problem: ------------------------ ODF storage landing page System Capacity card shows Ceph cluster raw utilization metric for storage systems. However, the column is labeled as "Used Capacity" which is possibly confusing. Changing "Used Capacity" to "Used Raw Capacity", or alternatively the "System Capacity" card could be changed to "System Raw Capacity". Either would be more more explicit that the metric shown is raw utilization. minor issue, we will tale up in 4.14 release...
increasing the severity as it is imp from Cu point of view (we will be adding few more changes to the card), might have to backport to z stream as well.
