I just plugged in my USB Stick which has Fedora 38 KDE installer, then I opened Fedora Media Writer, erased my USB Stick with Media Writer, then after it completed the screen disappeared and I got the error that KDE Plasma stopped working. That's all I did.

Updated packages to latest as of 06/10/2023 09:00 BST.

Attempted to launch firefox from task manager, which would crash the entire desktop for the screen firefox attempted to launch into

Having manually installed flathub, the flatpak repository in use by Discover now mentions that firefox package as outdated and recommends swapping to the flathub version. After swapping the crashes have not been reproduced.

Running Firefox from the tasbar shortcut crashes the plasmashell including firefox. When running from the start menu or running by clicking on any url hyperlink it will start just fine.

Firefox from fedora repo was working.
After i've dnf removed it and tried the flatpak.
Uninstalled the flatpak.
Re-installed the repo version.
KDE on wayland links can't launch it but if if i launch firefox on the terminal it works.
Have a great day.
