Description of problem: Unmet dependencies for vym in epel9 preventing successful installation.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): vym-2.8.8-6

How reproducible: Fails every time attempted on RHEL 9.1 X86_64.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Become root.
2. dnf install vym --enablerepo=epel-testing
3. See primary error message from step # 2: nothing provides perl-BZ-Client needed by vym-2.8.8-6.el9.x86_64

Actual results: Installation failure.

Expected results: Installation success.

Additional info: Please note additional unmet dependencies identified by Gwyn Ciesla in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2177479 for entry "2023-03-20 16:35:39 UTC" as follows:

"Looks like we're missing perl-BZ-Client, as well as perl-HTTP-CookieJar, perl-Test-RequiresInternet and perl-Text-Password-Pronounceable. Please file bugs to have these built."
