motif-configure-c99.patch

The package needs a few patches to be ready for strict(er) C99 compilers. Some of them already upstream, others are not.

Upstream seems to have shut down all means of contact (both on Sourceforge and their own bug tracker), which is why I'm filing this here.

Carlos, is there a way we can share the new patches with upstream?

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
