Notable improvements include: * The BTF debuginfo format is now supported. * Improved support for Ada range types. * A new `[allow_type]` directive in suppression specifications is now supported. * Addedarious new properties for the `[supress_type]` suppression specification. * The ABIXML file format has been updated to version 2.2. * The SONAME of the library has been changed to reflect its own ABI change.

Clearing the needinfo flag as doctext was added.  Also setting the requires_doc_text appropriately.
