Agree that http://alpine.x10host.com/alpine/patches/alpine-%{version}/alpine-%{version}.tar.xz is the new source. I recently got the updated package when I switched from Fedora 38 to Fedora 39. The new package is missing a bunch of enhancements that the old package had.
